Counselling & Therapy
Breaking Barriers,
Living Life.
At Greater Than Two Counselling & Therapy we offer a safe space for healing, growth, and embracing life’s opportunities through integrative counselling tailored to your unique experiences and needs.
Our
Approach
Our team mainly takes an integrative approach to counselling because we believe that everyone is unique. We recognise that our backgrounds, including our socio-cultural and religious influences, shape our perspectives. Instead of trying to fit everyone into one counselling model, we strive to use the approach that will help you heal and grow best. Effective counselling, in our view, involves the counsellor providing a safe and supportive space for you to navigate your life’s journey and make sense of your experiences.
What We Can Do For You
Individual Counselling
In individual therapy, we explore ways to manage the challenges that disturb and affect our emotional wellbeing.
Issues that require therapy may include anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges and anger management etc.
Family Counselling
When something unpleasant and overwhelming hits us unexpectedly, our survival instinct kicks in. This may create friction and communication issues.
In therapy, the counsellor facilitates conversations. In a safe place, members of the family are able to address difficult topics and foster understanding.
Couples Counselling
Building a strong marriage takes effort. In therapy, we help couples identify and improve unhealthy patterns, fostering better teamwork.
We also offer pre-marital counseling with Prepare-Enrich resources. Couples can choose a package or go session by session.
Still unsure of how we can help?
